Welcome to Awakened Strength. By accessing our website (awakenedstrength.com.au) or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Awakened Strength  

Awakened Strength is a men's wellbeing membership program operated by ABN 56 316 013 363. We provide:

  • Access to educational content, modules, and resources
  • A private online community for members
  • Weekly challenges and
  • Downloadable workbooks and tools  

Awakened Strength is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately.

2. Membership Options  

We offer two membership tiers:  

The Campfire ($22/month):

  • Access to private community
  • Weekly challenges and accountability
  • Live Q&As with guest coaches  

The Ascent ($39/month):

  • Everything in The Campfire
  • Full 12-module Core Program
  • Guided practices and
  • Reflection workbook

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and excludes GST where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring subscription basis
  • Payment is processed at the time of sign-up and on the same day each subsequent month
  • We accept major credit cards and debit cards via our payment processor
  • All sales are final. Refunds are provided in accordance with Section 7 below

4. Membership Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive:
  • Immediate access to your membership tier content
  • A welcome email with login details
  • Access to the private community  

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your contact information is current

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and cancelling via account settings
  • Emailing us at [email protected]

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You will lose access to membership content and community at the end of the billing period

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.

6. Auto-Renewal  

Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before your renewal date. By purchasing a membership, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.  

You will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

7. Refund Policy  

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Awakened Strength within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.  

After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for monthly membership fees. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.  

Promotional pricing and discounts are non-refundable.

8. Community Guidelines  

By joining Awakened Strength, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and dignity
  • Maintain confidentiality of what is shared in the community
  • Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
  • Not spam, promote other businesses, or share inappropriate content
  • Not share login credentials or membership access with non-members  

Violation of Community Guidelines may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

9. Intellectual Property  

All content provided through Awakened Strength, including but not limited to:

  • Video lessons and audio content
  • Workbooks and downloadable resources
  • Written materials and guides
  • Community content and discussions  

...is the intellectual property of Awakened Strength and is protected by copyright laws.  

You may:

  • Access and use content for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Download workbooks for personal use  

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share content with non-members
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Record, screenshot, or copy content for redistribution

10. Disclaimer  

Awakened Strength provides educational content and community support for men's wellbeing. We do not provide:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Psychotherapy or clinical mental health services
  • Crisis intervention or emergency services

11. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Awakened Strength is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
  • Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the 12 months prior to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy  

Your use of Awakened Strength is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at awakenedstrength.com.au/privacy-policy.  

We use Kajabi as our membership platform. Your data may be stored and processed in accordance with Kajabi's terms and privacy policy.

13. Changes to Terms  

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.  

Your continued use of Awakened Strength after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.  

We will notify members of significant changes via email.

14. Governing Law  

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
